It has been a busy week! Between work, school, and exploring, we have had lots on our agenda.
On Sunday, we spent the day shopping! It was pouring rain and 15 degrees, so the perfect day to be inside. We got some supplies for our summer trip (binoculars, new clothes) and then did some online shopping for the things we couldn’t find in store.
On Monday, we spent the day at the beach! Webster went surfing and I walked along the shore for a few hours. It was a chilly day, with huge waves.
On Tuesday, we went for breakfast at Bam Bam Bakehouse. We had a great brunch date before a long afternoon of school work and work-work.
Wednesday and Thursday were quiet days with lots of work - I submitted a paper worth 60% and a presentation worth 40%. Webster made the most of the sunshine and got out to the golf course. We also enjoyed another meal delivery service this week, from Dinnerly, and made some recipes throughout our busy week.
On Friday, we spent the evening on Southbank! We went to Rock on Riverside, a free rock concert with local bands. Then, we walked around the truck show and saw a life-sized LEGO truck built to beat the world record.
On Saturday, we spent the evening at Paniyiri Greek Festival in Brisbane. We had delicious food, saw cool performances, and enjoyed the busy atmosphere.
This is my last week of classes before exams! We have plans to go to a drawing class at the Queensland Art Gallery and play trivia at our favourite pub. Thanks for reading the blog!
