Australian Adventure: Week 42, May 7-13, 2023

This week we went to trivia, did a hike in Noosa National Park, and focused on work.
On Sunday, we had a quiet day in getting work-work and school work done. That night, we went to a hidden bar in Brisbane called, Next Episode. We used a code on a pay phone to unlock a hidden door behind a mirror!
Monday and Tuesday were busy days for me on campus. I had an exam, submitted an assignment, and prepared for a presentation. We got the red rocket back from the dealership so Webster spent the day golfing on Tuesday!
On Wednesday we went to our favourite trivia spot at Saccromyces Beer Cafe on Fish Lane. We didn’t come in first place, but we won a few bonus games and got three free gift cards!
On Thursday, we got a delivery box from Marley Spoon, another home meal box service. We made one of the meals that night and a few others this week too!
On Friday, we spent the day in Noosa National Park hiking along the ocean. It was a great day for it, 25 and sunny.
On Saturday, we met up with some friends for Battles & Jam, a free event on Southbank in Brisbane. It featured various art performances from beatboxing, to spray painting, to break dancing. It was a cool way to spend some time downtown!
This week we are heading to the beach, doing some shopping, and checking some more off our to-do list as our time in Brisbane comes to an end. Thanks for following along!
