Australian Adventure: Week 39, April 16-22, 2023

This week we spent time at the beach, went to Costco, and got lots of work/school work done.

On Sunday we spent the day at the beach! We loaded up the car with friends and headed to Coolongatta. We spent the afternoon laying in the sun, walking on the beach, and cooling off in the water.

On Monday, Webster and Andrew, his friend visiting from home, explored South Bank in Brisbane walking along the river.

In the evening, we went to Eat Street, a shipping container market on the Brisbane River. We listening to some live music, had some unique food, and enjoyed the atmosphere.

On Tuesday and Wednesday we had a busy few days of work and school. We had beautiful weather which meant we could study and work outside.

On Thursday, we went to Costco! We had not been in a few weeks so we got a haul of our favourites - cooked chicken, cauliflower gnocchi, and some clearance items.

On Friday, Webster spent the afternoon golfing. It was the first day where he wore a sweater for his round. It is officially Autumn here.

On Saturday we had a quiet day getting work done and planning for our summer trip. In the evening we had a date night in, making homemade pizzas!

This week we are heading back to the beach and to a famous Brisbane rooftop! Thanks for reading along with our blog and following our Australian adventures.
