This week I made the most of every, single, day! Since it is my last week in London, I have been very busy.
Monday, August 24, 2020
On Monday, I braved the public once again and went to the Science Museum. I had a timed ticket for the first available slot meaning it was quite empty once I got in and on my way. I wandered through the exhibits on space, technology, medicine, and math.

On Tuesday, I made one last trip to Harrods. It was so quiet on Tuesday morning and I found some great deals!

On Wednesday, I got my haircut at the Vidal Sassoon hair school. It was such a good price and only took a few hours. I ended up cutting off about 6 inches of hair. In the evening I had my weekly date with Webster and we played some virtual Uno.

On Thursday, I walked through Hyde Park. It was a chilly, cloudy day but it was still nice to get out. In the evening I had Shake Shack. I've seen the huge lines outside the restaurant for years but I have never tried it...I would give it a 6/10. Five Guys is still my favourite place to get a burger!

On Friday, I went on a walk to find some street art in Mayfair by Banksy. I walked down an alleyway and found the street art above a construction site. Then in the afternoon I had Gregg's one last time!

On Saturday I walked to Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. There was a huge protest in Trafalgar Square so once I realized, I turned down a side street and spent some time in St.James's Park instead.

Sunday, August 30, 2020
On Sunday, I took one last walk around Westminster and visited Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. I spent the evening finishing up my packing and cleaning out my room.

Thanks for following along on my London adventure!
I fly home this week so this will be my last blog post. What an adventure these past six months have been...I have made the most of this very unusual experience and can't wait to get back to exploring the world again once it is safe to do so.
Until next time, Katie
