This week I watched the sunset over Buckingham Palace and visited the area where Webster and I lived in 2018.

On Monday, I went for a LONG bike ride and then treated myself to Starbucks. There is a limited edition peanut butter frappuccino in the UK so I thought I would try it!

On Tuesday, I had a quiet day and then went for a long walk in the afternoon. It is so quiet in Central London (compared to pre-COVID) and I'm so grateful to have so many shops, restaurants and parks nearby. I walked through Victoria and then spent some time in St. James's Park.

On Wednesday, Webster and I had our weekly date night! We played some games online and had lunch/dinner together. Only 1 more week of virtual date night (then 2 weeks of virtual dates while I'm in quarantine) left!

On Thursday, I walked over to the little area where Webster and I lived in 2018. I walked down our old street and looked in the shops that had changed. Then I had brunch at my favourite bakery in Pimlico, Gails.

On Friday, I spent a few hours waiting to catch the sun setting over Buckingham Palace. It was worth the wait! There was hardly anyone there and I got some great photos.

On Saturday I spent most of my day packing! I listed some things for sale (mini-fridge, laundry rack, and some drawers) but I will donate them if I don't find any buyers.

On Sunday, I had a busy day! After work I picked up my favourite London pizza, pizza #6 from Franco Manca. It is a sourdough pizza, with thin crust, at a great price.

This week I am headed to the Science Museum, I'm booked in to get a haircut and I have some last minute shopping to do before I fly home...very soon!
Thanks for following along! Only one more week until I am home!
