So...the question everyone is wondering about: COVID-19. At this point, I have decided that it is safest for me to remain in London. I have access to the NHS (similar to OHIP) as a visa holder, I found a family doctor, and I am social distancing when I can. I am not using public transportation but instead opting to walk everywhere I need to go. I have also decided to get my groceries delivered from now on. Of course, things may change, and I am assessing the situation daily to ensure that I am making an educated choice.
But on a lighter note...this week I have really gotten used to living in London! I have all my Amazon packages unpacked, I did my first loads of laundry, and I am getting used to the local amenities within walking distance.

The Victoria Memorial is right in front of Buckingham Palace at the end of The Mall. Sometimes because of where it is situated, I forget to look behind me and take in the magnificence of the entire area.

I spent some time in the Royal Mews on our rainy Thursday. This is Harvey!

A quick stop at my favourite view in the whole city...

Since I am practicing social distancing, I went for a walk really early, before all the tourists were out and about.

Continuing on the trend of social distancing... I watched some movies, meal prepped for the week and painted my nails!
This week I will be keeping an eye on how things are progressing around the world. Thank you to everyone who has sent me messages checking in, making sure I am safe and healthy - I appreciate it! If anything changes, I will be sure to post about it next week. Thanks for following along!
